Richard P. Neimark has been practicing New York law since 1976. Mr. Neimark earned his bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and then went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Neimark has tried over one thousand cases. Not only is he an experienced New York personal injury attorney, but he is also the founding partner of Neimark & Neimark, a firm that handles a wide range of injury claims including car accidents, slip and fall, construction accidents and medical malpractice. Presently, Mr. Neimark enjoys a successful career as a plaintiff’s attorney, earning large settlements and awards for the unfortunate victims of accidents.
