David Bernfeld was born in New York, New York, April 3, 1942, and later graduated from Adelphi University, B.B.A., in 1962. David recieved his J.D. from New York University in 1965, and was admitted in 1966.
He has practiced as a New York criminal attorney for nearly 40 years in civil litigation, white-collar criminal defense, matrimonial law, and healthcare law. He quickly grasps the issues presented by the case, and presents you with a realistic view of what to expect from the legal system.
