So I’m on a quest to figure out how to make a good homemade wheat bread that tastes good. I bought some whole wheat flour the other day at the store and I made a homemade bread with it. I added some italian seasoning and some garlic to the mix. I normally do this when I make white bread. In fact, this is one of the things that we were writing our easy scholarships to apply for essays about this last year.
It smelled really good and I couldn’t help but to imagine the yummy taste when I got it out of the oven. Well, when it was finally done, we took it out, slapped some really yummy butter on it and…It wasn’t what we had expected. I really don’t think I will be trying that again. I think I will stick with the white bread. It is much fluffier and has a better taste.
