Sacramento probate attorney Trudy Nearn is the firm’s founding attorney. She is a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to her law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law, Trudy has earned a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from Golden Gate University.
