Kevin Henderson graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas, and has been licensed as an attorney since 1980. He is admitted to practice in the Northern and Western District Courts of Texas, and is a member or former member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar Judicial Section, the College of the State Bar (an organization recognizing outstanding efforts in Continuing Legal Education), the College of Probate Judges (an organization dedicated to continuing judicial education in probate and guardianship matters), and the Travis and Williamson County Bar Associations. He is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Henderson served as a Judge of County Court at Law No. 1 in Williamson County, Texas from 1995 to 2002. While he was a judge, he presided over thousands of family, criminal, civil, and probate cases.  He has extensive experience with the Williamson County lawsuit process from his experience on the bench.

After serving as a county judge, Kevin Henderson joined one of the Round Rock law firms in an “of counsel” position on January 2, 2002. Now he is a full partner at that firm, Rippy, Henderson & Taylor, LLP.
