Eric Jeter is an experienced former paralegal and law clerk who had recently been admitted to the California State Bar in 2008. For seven years prior to his admission to practice law, he had been employed at a firm that practiced exclusively in the field of probate law and estate planning, including conservatorships and guardianships. During his employment as a paralegal and law clerk, he attended law school at West Los Angeles School of Law where he received the Witkin’s Award in four subjects, including trusts and estates and business organizations. He also participated in the mentor program at West Los Angeles School of Law, and mentored other students with respect to the field of trust and estates. Upon admission, he managed a handful of personal clients. As of August of 2009, Eric Jeter was employed by David Lee Rice, APLC as an Associate Attorney, where he primarily manages the firm’s probate and conservatorship matters.
