Santa Barbara divorce lawyer McCleary (“Mac”) H. Sanborn, III maintains a general law practice assisting individuals and families in family law, personal injury, estate planning and probate, and general civil litigation matters, including contract disputes.

Mac handles all of the major practice areas of family law including separation and divorce, domestic violence, and adoption.

In addition to being full-time practicing attorney, Mac has served as both a judge pro tem and arbitrator for the county superior courts. He maintains active involvement in community and youth organizations, and is a former president of a local church and little league.
