Keith A. Mitnik has a strong passion for protecting his clients’ rights, and has several years experience defending clients charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes. Keith has successfully resolved over 2,300 cases. 
While employed with the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security, Mr. Mitnik assisted the judges with mediation and administrative hearings before the judges of compensation claims. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Mitnik served as a legislative aide for the United States House of Representatives.
Mr. Mitnik joined the Melbourne divorce lawyers at the firm of Tucker Mitnik, PA, in 2007, and works closely with Timi Tucker. Keith provides strategic counsel in some of Brevard County’s most high-profile and highly contentious litigated cases.
